Based on 'Holbein' carpets made in West Anatolia in the 16th century, small canvas combines motifs that emulate the richness of these early textiles. Instead of the warm, natural colors of the original carpets, I switched this version to bright blues and greens! This canvas comes can be finished as a zipper-top pouch, or, it is sized to fit into standard acrylic purses (I sized this to Island House Needlepoint's finishing specs).
